Purchase terms and conditions

Items purchased in the Bravo Java online store are sent by private courier (for deliveries in Spain and Europe) and by Correos (for international deliveries). The delivery times are as follows approximately:
• National: 2 to 4 days
• Europe: 4 to 10 days
• Outside the European Union: 15 to 45 days
The orders are prepared at the moment in which the payment has been confirmed and in the following schedule: Monday to Friday from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Orders placed outside these hours will be prepared the following work day. No shipments are prepared on saturday, sundays or bank holiday.
When placing the order, if you are outside the European Union, be aware that you are responsible for the payment of local customs taxes, if any.
National territory, Balearic and Canary Islands: free shipping for purchases over 60 € (purchases under 60 € has 5 € of shipping cost)
• Europe: € 30
• Rest of the world: € 30

Bravo Java wants its customers to be fully satisfied with their online purchase.
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we accept your exchange or refund within 30 days from the date of purchase as long as the product has no signs of being used and maintains its original packaging.
To proceed to the return of an item purchased in the online store, you must request the return by email to info@bravojava.net within a period not exceeding 30 business days following the date of receipt of the product, indicating the reason for the return and in which of the stores you want to return said product. In case you can not personally deliver the item in any of our stores, the shipping to our stores will be paid by the buyer.
•How will I receive my refund?
Once the return is approved, you will receive the amount in the same way you made the payment.
•When will I receive my refund?
When we check that the items are in perfect condition, you will receive a confirmation email indicating that the amount (RRP of the item) will be credited to your account.
In the event that Bravo Java has mistakenly sent an article different from the one requested or that the quality of the item sent is not adequate, please contact us at info@bravojava.net to manage the return and / or change. In this case, Bravo Java will assume the costs of both shipping and return.

• What method of payment can I use to make my purchase?
The Bravo Java online store has the following means of payment:
- Credit or debit card
- Bank transfer

• For what reasons can my credit card be rejected?
Your credit card can be declined for one of the following reasons:
- The card could be expired. Check that your card does not exceed the validity date.
- The limit of the card may have been reached. Check with your bank that the card has not exceeded the amount allowed to make purchases.
- Some entered data may be incorrect. Check that you have filled in all the necessary fields correctly.
- You may not have activated the function of shopping online.

• Can I get an invoice in my company's name?
If you need an invoice in the name of your company, send us an email to info@bravojava.net requesting it with your CIF, company name, address and telephone number. The ideal is that you request it as soon as you have placed the order.
