Free shipping for purchases over 60 € (for purchases under 60 € the shipping cost will be 5 €)

(When ordering, if you are outside the European Union, please note that you will be responsible for paying any customs duties at destination, if any)

Items purchased at the Bravo Java online store are sent by private courier (for deliveries in Spain and Europe) and by Post (for international deliveries).

The approximate delivery times are as follows

- Spain: 5 to 7 days (2 to 3 for express shipping)

- Europe: 5 to 8 working days

- Outside the European Union: 15 to 40 days

The Bravo Java online store offers the following payment methods:

- Credit or debit card

- Bank transfer

For what reasons can my credit card be declined?

Your credit card may be declined for one of the following reasons:

- The card may be expired. Check that your card does not exceed the validity date.

- The card limit may have been reached. Check with your bank that the card has not exceeded the amount allowed for purchases.

- It is possible that some data entered is incorrect. Check that you have filled in all the necessary fields correctly.

- You may not have activated the function to make purchases on the Internet.

Can I get an invoice in my company's name?

If you need an invoice in the name of your company, send us an email to info@bravojava.net requesting it with your CIF, company name, address and telephone number. Ideally, you should request it as soon as you have placed your order.

Bravo Java wants its customers to be fully satisfied with their online purchase.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we accept your exchange or return within 30 days from the date of purchase as long as the product has no signs of use and maintains its original packaging.

To return an item purchased from the online store, you must request a return by email to info@bravojava.net indicating the reason for the return and which store you wish to return the product to.

If you cannot return your purchase in person at any of our stores, you will be responsible for shipping it to our warehouse, and you may use whatever means you prefer.

Once we receive the item, and as soon as we check that it is in perfect condition, you will receive a refund in the same way that you made the payment.

In the case that Bravo Java has sent by mistake an article different from the one requested or that the quality of the sent article is not the suitable one, please contact us to info@bravojava.net to manage the return and/or change.
